I forgot how to bring up the custom toolbars for edit. Can some one give me a brief reminder?

toolbars are ususally in your proApp class. Find in the project manager.

And in options, customize toolbar controls you can change appearance and make them disappear.

If you can't find it in the project manager after a refresh, try Code reference tool using some code you might remember.
