Not necessarily.

While almost all posts will be in English, if someone wants to post in another language, they are welcome to do that. They just have to understand that only people who speak their language will be able to respond.

Well Joe I guess that takes care of answering the "Posters" question and gets him down the road, but it doesn't do much for the community as for sharing problems and solutions. Maybe I will start using WingDing for replies.

The old NNTP newsgroups had a special newsgroup for non-English speaking users.

That didn't seem consistent with the new forum structure that we set up for the forums. So, I didn't include a comparable forum.

Do you think a forum for non-English speaking users would be a good idea?

Probably, for 40%+ of our users, English is not the native tongue. At least 15% of our users don't speak English at all.
