MS SQL Server Express Backup

Hi,

MS SQL express does not have a scheduled backup. You can do backups, but you can't get them to fire at night.

Does any one know of a reliable application that will do scheduled back-ups?

Maybe I'm on the wrong track...

I'm under the impression that with SQL you should not do a file backup, but that you should first do a sql backup and then a file backup of the sql backup.
