Accordingly, if you have a ProMatrix Priority Support subscription (formerly, ProMatrix Partners subscription) and want the ProMatrix Support Staff to respond to a support request, you must post your support request on the ProMatrix Priority Support forum regardless of the subject of your request.
ProMatrix Forums users who do not have a ProMatrix Priority Support subscription will not see the ProMatrix Priority Support forum.
